A pre-order system also allows efficient scheduling, ensuring your paella is cooked and delivered at its peak freshness, whether for small gatherings or large celebrations.
Payment must be completed within 12 hours of order placement. Send proof of payment via our provided channels to finalize.

Yes, pickup is available. Please coordinate the location and time during order confirmation. Ensure you bring your confirmation message.
- Provide your full delivery address and preferred time during order placement.
- Allow a 1-hour buffer for preparation and transport.
- Delivery is handled by trusted partners like Maxim, Grab, and Lalamove.
We offer two options for delivery:

- Upon order confirmation, we will book a delivery service via Maxim, Grab, or Lalamove.
- Delivery fees will be calculated based on your location and must be paid directly to the rider upon arrival.
- Customer Arranges Delivery
- You may book your preferred delivery service after your order is confirmed.
