Welcome to Paella de Cebu. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-Order Policy

All orders must be placed at least one (1) day in advance for small orders (up to 6 pax) and two (2) days in advance for larger orders (7 pax and above).

2. Payment Policy

Orders are confirmed upon payment within 12 hours of placement. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in cancellation.

3. Delivery

We offer delivery through Maxim, Grab, or Lalamove. Customers may choose to book the delivery themselves or request us to arrange it on their behalf. Delivery fees are not included in the order price.

4. Pickup

Customers opting for pickup must arrive at the designated time and location, as specified in the confirmation message.

5. Refund and Cancellation

Orders canceled less than 6 hours before the delivery or pickup time are non-refundable.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
